1. I'm getting "Invalid Login, Try Again" when I try to log in.

It is possible that your email address hasn't been added to the site yet. Please notify an employee to verify.

2. I didn't get my certificate, or I need to reprint it.

Please first log in to the site. Click on "My Certificates" in the upper left corner. Then click the "View Certificate" link. You can either print from here or right click the image to "Save As".

3. How can I see the tests and suveys that I have submitted?

Please first log in to the site. Click on "My Certificates" in the upper left corner. You will then see all of your test and survey attempts.
